A food-grade stainless steel hanging loop is melted into
the bottle during slumping so they can be hung as decorative wall
art or in a window when not in use. Each platter comes complete
with pewter cheese spreader and raffia-tied hangtag describing
how it was made.
Each platter is created from an actual wine bottle flattened through
a
12 hour heat and gravity process reaching a temperature of over
1500 degrees. The wine label is placed on the bottom but
shows up clearly through the bottle.
The flattened wine bottle can be used as a serving platter or hangable wall art. Labels on platters
are water resistant.
